Mr. Dennis Abuya
Mr. Dennis Abuya is a strategic management, change management, service design, enterprise risk management, information systems and quality management systems practitioner, with over 25 years of experience in senior management roles in the public, private and NGO sectors in Kenya and the wider Eastern Africa region. He holds an honours BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nairobi; a post-graduate certificate in Space Studies from the International Space University, Strasbourg, France; an MSc in Computing Science from the University of Alberta, Canada; and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. He has also attended executive management training in Strategy Thinking for Execution and Growth at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business; and in Design Thinking for Innovative Problem Solving at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia. He is a certified Change Management Practitioner by the Prosci and Change Management Learning Center (US); Balanced Scorecard Master Professional by the Balanced Scorecard Institute (US); Service Design Practitioner by the DesignThinkers Academy (the Netherlands), and ISO Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor by the Kenya Bureau of Standards and the British Standards Institution.
Dennis has facilitated several strategy development, change management, business process review programs for various organizations including: the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) of Uganda; the Business Licensing Regulatory System Council (BLRC) of Zanzibar; Kansai Plascon (K) Ltd., Emergency Medical Services (E-Plus, the Kenya Red Cross Society, the National Environment Management Authority, and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources of Kenya.

David Ngesa - Associate Consultant
Mr. David Ngesa is an experienced Business Process Improvement, IT Security and Governance, and Data Governance and Management professional. He served for over 21 years as a Business Analyst at the East African Breweries Limited and the larger Diageo Group. He holds Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from Panjab University and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. He is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
